In April 2021, Stephanie Roszko fired up the grill and rolled out her dream on wheels — a sausage food truck serving the Flathead Valley and surrounding Montana communities.

What started as a simple idea grew into a family-centered venture, built on the love of good food, open roads, and time spent together. Stephanie wanted something her family could carry on for years to come and a way to work side-by-side, share laughs, and make memories while traveling to local events, fairs, and gatherings.

Today, the truck isn’t just about serving hearty, flavorful sausages — it’s about bringing people together, one bite at a time, wherever the road leads.
